EnhanceCare Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: 16 June 2025

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all customers and affiliates purchasing EnhanceCare products, whether for personal use or resale under the EnhanceCare Affiliate Program. By purchasing our products, you agree to this Policy in full.


1. General Policy Overview

EnhanceCare operates on a strict no-cash refund basis. All sales are final once confirmed and paid for. However, under certain circumstances, we offer product exchanges as outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

2.1 Conditions for Exchange:

Products may be exchanged if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The exchange request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • The request is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number).

  • The product being returned is not damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse by the customer or affiliate.

2.2 Non-Exchangeable Items:

EnhanceCare will not accept exchanges for the following:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products with damaged or altered packaging.

  • Products returned beyond the 7-day window.

  • Products purchased on clearance, final sale, or promotional bundles, unless proven defective.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify EnhanceCare within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect/damage.

After review, EnhanceCare will:

  • Approve a replacement at no additional cost if the claim is valid.

  • Arrange for collection and delivery of the replacement product.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not qualify for exchange.


4. Affiliate-Specific Return Conditions

For affiliates participating in the EnhanceCare Affiliate Program:

4.1 Overstocked or Unsold Items

  • EnhanceCare does not accept returns for overstocked or unsold items. Affiliates are responsible for managing their inventory.

4.2 Product Quality Issues

  • Exchanges are permitted only if a product defect is reported as per the Defective Products policy.

4.3 Non-Compliance with Program Requirements

  • Affiliates failing to meet monthly stock purchase requirements (R900) will not qualify for commission payouts and may not return stock to meet such obligations retroactively.


5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email info@enhancecare.co.za   OR   call +27 205 39 34

  2. Provide:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Details

    • Proof of Purchase

    • Reason for Exchange

    • Photo/Video Evidence (if applicable)

  3. Await approval before returning the product.

Do not send any product back without prior written approval from EnhanceCare.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to an error or fault by EnhanceCare (defective/damaged product), EnhanceCare will cover all return and reshipping costs.

  • For exchanges requested due to a change of mind or incorrect order made by the customer/affiliate, the customer/affiliate bears full responsibility for all shipping costs.


7. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 10% may be charged for products returned for exchange in cases unrelated to product defect or damage.

  • Restocking fees do not apply to defective product exchanges.


8. Disputes Over Exchange Requests

If there is a disagreement regarding the validity of an exchange request:

  • EnhanceCare’s quality control team will inspect and assess the returned product.

  • Their decision regarding the condition and eligibility for exchange is final and binding.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may pursue dispute resolution under the conditions outlined in the Terms and Conditions.


9. No Refunds

Please note:

  • No cash, credit card, or electronic refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges or product replacements are the only remedies available in accordance with this Policy.


10. Changes to the Policy

EnhanceCare reserves the right to amend this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and/or affiliate dashboard. It is the responsibility of customers and affiliates to review this Policy periodically.
