Our products are cosmetic skincare products designed to support healthy-looking skin and improve the appearance of concerns such as uneven skin tone, dark spots, and other cosmetic skin concerns.
Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disease.
3. Individual Results
Every person’s skin is different.
Results may vary depending on individual factors including skin type, skin condition, consistency of use, lifestyle, sun exposure, age, hormones, and adherence to product instructions.
Any customer reviews, testimonials, or before-and-after images shown on our website or social media reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
4. Product Use
Customers should follow the directions provided with each product.
We recommend performing a patch test before first use.

5. Orders

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays, load shedding, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective or supplied in error.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
