This Shipping Policy outlines how EnhanceCare processes, dispatches, and delivers products to customers and affiliates. By placing an order with EnhanceCare, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Third-Party Courier Partners
EnhanceCare utilizes trusted third-party courier services to ensure the safe delivery of products. We partner with reputable service providers, including:
National Door-to-Door Courier Services
Pudo Box Lockers
Paxi via Pep Stores
Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to a courier, the courier becomes responsible for the shipment’s handling and delivery. EnhanceCare will not be held liable for delays, mishandling, or losses caused by the third-party courier.
2. Shipping Options and Conditions
2.1 Standard Courier to Door
Products can be delivered directly to the address you provide.
Courier fees will apply, depending on order size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days depending on location.
2.2 Free Shipping — Pudo or Paxi Option
If your order qualifies for free shipping, EnhanceCare will dispatch via:
Pudo Box Locker (Courier Guy): Delivered to your nearest Pudo locker. You will receive a collection PIN via SMS/email.
Paxi via Pep Stores: Delivered to a selected Pep Store. You will receive a notification when your package is ready for collection.
✔️ Free shipping only applies when:
Minimum purchase amounts or promotional requirements are met.
Delivery is to a South African address.
⚠️ If you prefer door-to-door courier delivery despite qualifying for free shipping, normal shipping charges will apply.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days upon receiving full payment.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the following business day.
Processing time is separate from delivery timeframes.
4. Delivery Timeframes

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
EnhanceCare takes reasonable steps to ensure orders are packed and handed over safely. However:
Once shipped, responsibility for the package lies with the third-party courier.
In the event of a lost or damaged package, EnhanceCare will assist in lodging a claim with the courier.
Claims must be reported to EnhanceCare within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) along with supporting evidence (photos, tracking proof).
Courier investigations may take up to 7–14 business days.
Replacement or compensation is subject to the outcome of the courier’s claim process.
6. Affiliate-Specific Shipping Terms
Affiliates in the EnhanceCare Affiliate Program must note:
Orders qualifying for wholesale or affiliate pricing may have longer processing or dispatch times depending on volume.
Affiliates are responsible for accurate delivery address or pickup location selection (Pudo Box or Pep Store).
EnhanceCare does not accept liability for incorrect information provided by affiliates leading to misrouted or unclaimed parcels.
Free delivery promotions for affiliates are limited to Pudo or Paxi unless otherwise specified.
7. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered or is unclaimed:
The customer or affiliate may bear the cost of re-delivery or storage.
Unclaimed parcels (Pudo or Paxi) not collected within the stipulated time are returned to EnhanceCare — reshipping charges will apply.
8. Shipping Insurance
EnhanceCare does not automatically include insurance on standard shipments. For high-value orders, customers and affiliates may request optional shipping insurance (additional fees may apply).
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy
EnhanceCare is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or invalid delivery addresses provided at checkout.
Customers and affiliates are required to double-check delivery details before order submission.
10. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events
EnhanceCare will not be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Strikes
Acts of God
Government restrictions
Courier service disruptions
11. Policy Changes
EnhanceCare reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our official website and/or affiliate portal.
